One of the most prolific painters of our times, Yayoi Kusama's work spans the 1950s all the way to our days. She is most known for her infinitely repeating motifs, which seem to surpass the edges of the canvas, and mutiply for eternity. Currently, a retrospective dedicated to her is on show at the Beyeler Foundation in Basel.
