"This gallery, which represents the greatest contemporary artists, is taking advantage of the exhibition to take a step back and offer visitors a selection of functional pieces: a mirror called ‘Aux serpents’ by Niki Saint-Phalle and a selection of jugs painted by Picasso in Vallauris. Responsible for the scenography, René Bouchara chose to present alongside it the ‘Ashkar’ sideboard by the young designer Parsa, where 160 slats of white travertine contrast with the stained oak in a marvel of cabinetmaking."
