The Jean-François Cazeau gallery brought this astonishing abstract painting by Serge Charchoune to €85,000. According to the gallery, the immaculate canvas has never been sold at public auction, having remained in the same family. It has been featured in several important exhibitions, including the artist's retrospective at the Musée National d'Art Moderne in Paris in 1971.
