To mark Asian Spring, the Jean-François Cazeau Gallery is showcasing 20th-century masters who blended Eastern tradition with abstraction.

For its third participation in Asian Spring, the Jean-François Cazeau Gallery presents a prestigious selection of artists who have forged indelible links between Asia and the French capital. The exhibition, which will first be held from June 5 to 8, 2026, at the Galerie Charpentier, highlights the Franco-Chinese masters of the Second School of Paris: T’ang Haywen (1927–1991), Chu Teh-Chun (1920–2014), and Zao Wou-Ki (1920–2013). It is further enriched by major figures in Japanese art such as Léonard Tsuguharu Foujita (1886–1968) and the contemporary icon Yayoi Kusama (born in 1929).
