Opening of the Jean-François Cazeau Gallery
PARIS ■ After working for twenty years alongside art dealers Philippe Cazeau and Jacques de la Béraudière, Jean-François Cazeau is opening his own gallery in the Marais district. The inaugural exhibition, running until January 15, 2010, will pay tribute to Philippe Cazeau, who passed away in 2007, with a selection of works by Maximilien Luce, Bonnard, Redon, Soutine, and Léger. Focused on the historical avant-garde, the gallery will give pride of place to André Masson, while also embracing contemporary art.
